Support for yourWasher Dryer

Vibrations during spinning

Vibrations occur when the washer-dryer is spinning.

The transport safety device is still mounted.

Remove the transport safety device, see the operating instructions.

The washer-dryer is not aligned correctly.

The washer-dryer must stand perfectly level on all 4 feet to ensure safe and proper operation.

The 4 adjustable feet are used to level the washer-dryer. The appliance is supplied with all feet screwed in.

  • Using the open spanner supplied, turn the counter nut (2) in a clockwise direction.

  • Then turn the counter nut (2) together with the foot (1) to unscrew.

  • Use a spirit level to check the washer-dryer is standing level.

  • Hold the foot (1) securely with water pump pliers.

  • If the counter nuts are not screwed tightly against the housing, the washer-dryer may move around during operation.

Turn all 4 counter nuts until they sit firmly up against the housing, including the ones for the feet that have not been unscrewed.

  • Use the open spanner again to screw the counter nut (2) tight against the housing.

The washer-dryer is not installed on a firm base.

A concrete floor is the most suitable base for a washer-dryer.

If possible, install the washer-dryer in a corner of the room.

If installing the washer-dryer on a wooden floor, place it on a plywood panel that has several joists running all the way underneath it, making sure the panel is connected to the joists and not just the floor boards. Minimum size of plywood panel: 59 x 52 x 3 cm.
