The heating-up time is added to the set cooking duration.
When you select your desired cooking duration (e.g. 1 hour) in the “Low-temperature cooking” programme, the heating-up time of 15 minutes is automatically added in the background.
If you open the Gourmet drawer during the heating-up phase, you will interrupt the heating-up time. The heating-up phase is extended by a further heating-up time. The Gourmet drawer also adds this delay to your desired cooking duration.
The time display then automatically jumps forward 1 hour and remains at this cooking duration during the entire heating-up phase.
After the end of the heating-up phase, the time display readjusts to the cooking duration you have set. The “Low-temperature cooking” programme continues with the cooking duration you have set.
